Affinity Groups

Covenant Groups

UUCLR offers a Covenant Group program to provide the opportunity to develop friendships, a deeper sense of community, and the opportunity to explore spiritual meaning with others in a small group setting outside of Sunday service. Covenant Groups are open to all members and friends of UUCLR.

Covenant Groups are comprised of 6 to 11 people who meet for two hours each month sharing their views on selected spiritual issues. Each group will be guided by trained facilitators who support a forum for deepening our spirituality and faith in an intimate and safe setting.

Interweave

The UUCLR Interweave group is made up of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered people and their Heterosexual friends and supporters. Interweave membership is open to all interested UUs of any sexual or affectional orientation. Meetings are scheduled on a regular basis and the group sponsors welcoming social activities for both church members and the greater community. The UUCLR Interweave group has also hosted many successful fundraising activities for the church community. More Information on Interweave

Parent's Circle

Parents meet together for study and discussion on Sundays in parallel with the Religious Education programming for children.

Men's Group

Women's Spirituality Group

The Women's Group meets monthly. Please see the Calendar for the schedule.

Pilgrims and Strangers

Open discussion group. Topics are philosophical, psychological, artistic, political, spiritual, and religious. And they change every Sunday. Meets weekly before service on Sunday. Please see the Calendar for the topics.
